Braintree Manor Healthcare, a facility owned by Next Step Healthcare has provided a comprehensive Neurorehabilitation Program since 2002. Our program offers cognitive and physical therapy for those who have been affected by a neurological disorder, including ABI and Huntington's Disease. We have 24 hours nursing on site for residents, both short term and long term. We contract with several out of state Medicaid plans and MCOs to offer our services to those in need.
Maple Leaf Clinic provides a wide variety of supports for individuals with brain injury including Neuropsychological Evaluation, Individual and Family Therapy, and Neurocognitive Rehabilitation.
Eagle Eye Farm is a rehabilitation center for those recovering from a traumatic brain injury, as well as other specialized populations.
