A Tai Chi Session with Anne Bower

Thursday, January 14, 20211:00 PM – 2:00 PM, EST

Tai Chi’s gentle, coordinated movements focus the mind and provide the body with beneficial stretches and relaxation. During this hour-long session we will play with moves from various tai chi forms, discovering how they awaken us to our own posture, tension points, and relationship to the space around us.
Participants can remain seated or stand to do the tai chi movements, and each person will be encouraged to make adjustments to suit her/his own body.
